Pastor Chris launches month-long WordFest

On Monday, May 4th a new initiative by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and the LoveWorld Nation kicked off. The WordFest 2020, which is a special festival of meditation on God’s word, has begun and stretches until June 7th.

The concept is that existing and new subscribers to the Pastor Chris Digital Library can get free access to divine messages from Pastor Chris Oyakhilome through the WordFest program.

Every day has a theme, and day two’s theme is “Sin, Forgiveness and Righteousness.”

New theme every day

Subscribers will be able to watch, listen to and meditate on a specifically selected message every day, as each day has a new theme.

The theme of day one was “The Lost Presence,” while day two’s theme is “Sin, Forgiveness and Righteousness.”

Along with the daily message comes a study guide, which simplifies the meaning of the divine words.

According to the LoveWorld Nation, WordFest’s purpose is to build up and strengthen the faith of God’s people during this time of adversity that the world is facing.

You can sign up for the Pastor Chris Digital Library and take part in WordFest 2020 here. Lots of believers have already joined the online event and are sharing avatars of their participation on social media, using the hashtag #WordFest2020.

A lot of activity in the community

The WordFest comes at a time with a lot of activity in the LoveWorld community. Since Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and Pastor Benny Hinn’s Global Prayer Day against the Coronavirus on March 27th, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome has been leading four prayer weeks.

The title of them are “Your LoveWorld with Pastor Chris,” and the fifth one begins today. It is available for streaming on all LoveWorld networks at 7 PM GMT+1 until May 11th.

All of the prayer sessions have proven to be very popular. The Global Prayer Day, for instance, reached 3 billion online viewers, while Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s Special Easter Sunday Service attracted 3.25 billion people.

An opening to divine messages

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome just declared May the Month of Opening, which goes hand in hand with the WordFest being an opening to divine messages.

“This month I have quite an interesting message. I was a little amazed, but it is interesting. I wonder what to make of it, but it is the month of opening. And I believe God is doing something very special in the lives of individuals, families, institutions, cities and nations around the world,” the Pastor said during the announcement of May being the Month of Opening.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome then went on to address the great things that God has in store for us in May.

“What does this mean? Is he opening your heart? Is he opening an opportunity? Is he opening a door? Is he opening a city? Is he opening a nation? But it is the month of opening. And God’s spirit is at work. This month, not only will there be an experience of it… There will be a projection of it. Hallelujah. Thank you, Lord Jesus,” he said.
