This Sunday: September Global Communion Service

August, the Month of Meditation, is almost over, and the time for the next Global Communion Service has come.

Pastor Chris will host the monthly event on Sunday, September 4^th, at 4 PM GMT+1. The service will be available for streaming on all LoveWorld networks including CeFlix.

The Global Communion Service is a great chance to welcome a new month and learn its theme. Naming years and months is an old and good tradition for the LoveWorld Family.

Last year, Pastor Chris declared September to be the Month of Visualization. Then he asked the churchgoers to pay attention to their visual powers:

“God wants us to use our visual powers. He wants us to use them, and he is going to use yours. This is important. Construct your life with thoughts and words; intentionally use visualization this month.”

Then, Pastor Chris continued: “This month you, are going to use the visual powers to create the circumstances that you want. Hallelujah! We will use it for our families, we use it for our communities, we use it for our cities, and we use it for our nations.”

For now, there is no information or hints about what the theme will be for September this year.

Looking back before the Global Communion Service

Pastor Chris named August the Month of Meditation to highlight the importance of meditating on the Bible:

“You are about to spread abroad; make such advancement that cannot be denied; make such progress in your life that cannot be denied. But the secret is what we do this month — meditate. It’s a moment of meditation. You’re gonna focus your mind on the Word. You’re gonna talk to Word, think the Word, matter the word, confess the Word. You’ll meditate in the daytime; you’ll meditate in the nighttime. Soak your spirit with the Word of God.”

Many interesting events happened in August. This month, Your LoveWorld Specials came back with many inspiring quotes from our man of God. If you have missed it, you can find a collection of the best quotes on the website.

Another big event was celebrating the 25 years of Pastor Chris on Television. Back in 1997, Pastor Chris started appearing on the NBD channel with a weekly teaching program. This was the first step on the way to a revolution in Christian television.

The celebration lasted for a week with a special program on all LoveWorld Network channels. People shared their testimonies and the Christ Embassy pastors recalled how it all started.

By the end of August, Pastor Lola Aisida, Director of Operations at LoveWorld Publishing Ltd., announced that Rhapsody of Realities has been translated into over 7000 languages which makes the daily devotional the most translated book in the world after the Bible.

It is a special moment for all the Christ Embassy congregation that is worth honoring. Thus, Pastor Chris will host a special event called “ReachOut World Live with Pastor Chris”. The actual celebration will take place on the upcoming Friday and Saturday, September 2^nd–3^rd.
