Praise Night marks the 10th edition
The Month of Meditation & Declaration is coming with Praise Night. Pastor Chris announced the program at the last Global Communion Service.
This will be the 10th edition of the Praise Night with Pastor Chris overall. A special event takes place on September 11th at 3 PM GMT+1.
Every LoveWorld member around the world is welcome to participate online or at the LoveWorld Crusade Grounds. The air broadcast will be available on CeFlix, Live TV, and all LoveWorld Network stations.
The official Christ Embassy website and Pastor Chris Digital Library TV are also live streaming the program.
Praise Night with Pastor Chris is always a special event for the LoveWorld family. Celebrating the 10th edition will be an even more remarkable celebration. It is a time of extraordinary miracles, praises, and tremendous blessings that come upon everyone in the world.
The splendid LoveWorld singers will charm participants with their divine voices. During the program, they will sing many of their popular and much-loved songs.
Precious lessons at Praise Night
The upcoming Praise Night will be the fifth one for the Year of Gathering Clouds. With every edition, Pastor Chris gives valuable lessons: they advance our spirituality and improve our relationships with God.
During the first Praise Night in January, Pastor Chris taught us to differentiate between honoring and celebrating men and God:
“When we honor God, we say that we glorify God. When we celebrate men, we do not say that we celebrate them. The terms are different. So, we can dance in celebration of men. We can clap, applaud in celebration of men. So, in a sense, what you are doing is that you are praising them for what they have done or represented. So, you are praising them in a sense. But when you praise God, you do not, say the same things. You offer thanksgiving,” Pastor Chris said and added:
“You do not dance to God the way that you dance to men. It is not the same. You can dance to men in celebrating them. You can applaud them. You do not applaud God.”
How to praise God? Pastor Chris knows the answer
The theme of praising God came up again in August during the Global Communion Service and Praise Night. That time, Pastor Chris said an important idea that praising does not always have a form of a song:
“When you meet in your cells, in your larger groups, and in the church, learn to praise God. Sometimes, praising God is not necessarily in a song. It is in the words that you speak. You prepare your words of praise to praise Him; prepare what you’re going to say to God to praise. You honor Him with your lips but from your heart — a heart that’s full of appreciation, thanksgiving.”
Christians can learn to praise God in different ways. However, our man of God gave the advice that seems to be the best one:
“And one of the most beautiful things that you can do for yourself to be able to praise God correctly is studying the Word of God because His Word contains the necessary material with which to praise Him.”
