From the US to Senegal: Women from all over the world joined the Ladies Ignite Conference

From Friday, September 17^th to Saturday, September 18^th, women from all over the world tuned in to the International School of Ministry’s highly anticipated Ladies Ignite Conference 2021.

The two-day event was held online with the aim of empowering female church founders, pastors, Evangelists, ministry leaders, apostles, prophetesses and music ministers.

Women from the United States, Nigeria, South Africa, Israel, Zimbabwe, India, Cuba, Zambia, Senegal, Indonesia and many other countries followed the event live.

The Ladies Ignite Conference 2021 consisted of a series of effective training, equipping, recognition and acknowledgment of the potentials and role of a woman in a ministry.

Furthermore, the women also participated in a workshop led by successful female ministry leaders.

“This program will ignite women and inspire and encourage them for greater ministry effectiveness and attain high-level impact in ministry, exposing them to limitless possibilities of exuding and surpassing excellence in their personal life and ministry,” it says on the website of the Ladies Ignite Conference 2021.

Pastor Deola Phillips: “This program is to stir up women in ministry”

Among the speakers at the International School of Ministry event were the Christ Embassy President, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, and the Director of the International School of Ministry, Pastor Deola Phillips.

The latter encouraged women from all over the world to join the Ladies Ignite Conference 2021.

“This program is borne out of a heartfelt desire to create a platform to inspire, to impact and to stir up women in ministry,” she said and continued:

“Are you a lady in ministry? Do you desire to become the best of you for Jesus? Then, this program is for you! You can do great things for the Lord, cause revolutions and occupy strategic leadership positions for the preservation of the body of Christ. You can advance the gospel in unprecedented ways in your world. You are the only one of you God has. Be the best of you.”

At the Ladies Ignite Conference 2021, she spoke about God’s army.

”As a member of God’s army, you must be mission-minded and mission-sensitive. Our mission is not about building large buildings but building people for the kingdom. As a member of God’s mighty army, you must war in prayer,” she explained.

Encouragements to join the Ladies Ignite Conference from Lebanon and Australia

Ahead of the Ladies Ignite Conference, multiple female pastors encouraged women to sign up for the event.

“I am here to tell you that after participating, you will be so motivated to work for the kingdom, you will change the world, and this is our season. You will benefit from the knowledge, from the expertise, from the blessings, from the grace, from the anointing. We have set our objectives, we will change Lebanon, change your countries, change the world,” Pastor Renalda Hayek, ISM Cell Leader and Senior Pastor of the Life-Changing Truth Ministry in Lebanon said.

She was followed by the ISM Cell Leader and Senior Pastor of the NUMA Ministries in Australia, Pastor Narissa Coleman.

“This is my first time being involved in the Ladies Ignite Conference, and I am looking forward to hearing from many powerful women of the gospel. The ISM has many women around the world who know how to bring the word of God that has been taught by our dear man of God, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome. I am looking forward to hearing from them, being encouraged by them, gaining knowledge and insight into the word of God by these powerful women of the gospel. I would like to thank Pastor Chris Oyakhilome for this opportunity,” she said.

“You are able to win souls”

Pastor Chantal Inamahoro from the New Creation Ministries in Burundi also advocated for the Ladies Ignite Conference.

“I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to this phenomenal conference. At the last conference in Canada, we enjoyed the conference with the women of God. Pastor Deola Phillips taught us about how women must be influential, we must be prayerful, they must have the Word of God in them. They need also to be guided by the Holy Spirit. If you are influential, you are able to win souls. When I came back from the conference, it was phenomenal. I have received the impactation from the man of God, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, and I was able to organize a conference for around 200 women coming from around 20 churches, and they received also impactation because I gave them the whole information that I received in Canada with the first women conference.”

The International School of Ministry, which is the organizing body of the Ladies Ignite Conference 2021 is a branch of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s Christ Embassy ministry.

Every year, the International School of Ministry arranges several online and offline pastor training sessions and pastor courses in order to teach people how to become pastors.

Since its foundation in 2007, the International School of Ministry has trained thousands of new pastors from all over the world.
