Pastor Chris on “Your LoveWorld”: “You will gain so much during this phase”

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome went on stage on Monday, February 21^st as the second phase of the fifth season of “Your LoveWorld with Pastor Chris” began.

In his opening words, the pastor thanked God and Jesus.

“Father, in the name of the Lord, Jesus, we worship you, we honor you. Thank you for your love, for your grace, for your kindness, thank you for the ministry of the Holy Spirit in our lives. Lord, you are great. Beyond description. All the Earth is yours. All the nations belong to you, and all of us are the works of your hands. Thank you,” Pastor Chris Oyakhilome said and continued:

“Thank you for your amazing grace and your love. Thank you for the holy scriptures. Thank you for teaching us things concerning the kingdom of God. Thank you for giving us understanding – that we may know you. The only true God. And Jesus, whom you have sent. Thank you for revealing the truth to our spirits.”

After those introductory words, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome welcomed the global audience to the program.

“I want to welcome you all to the ‘Your LoveWorld Specials’ season five and phase two. During this phase, there is a lot that we are going to be looking into, and I trust that through the ministry of the Holy Ghost, you will receive information, direction and gain so much,” he said.

The “Your LoveWorld with Pastor Chris” series is aired every day at 7 PM GMT+1 on all LoveWorld tv channels and digital platforms until and including Thursday, February 24^th.

Second phase of the Year of the Gathering Clouds

The last time “Your LoveWorld with Pastor Chris” aired was in the middle of January.

Back then, the pastor urged the viewers to figure out if they belong to Jesus or to this world.

“The forces that are at play in this present hour are not having a game show. You have to make a decision whoever you are, wherever you are. You have to make a decision about where you really belong. Do you belong to Jesus, or do you belong to this world?” Pastor Chris Oyakhilome asked.

“And by the way, when I say ‘world,’ I want you to know that I am talking about this world and its system. In referring to the world as the Earth, it belongs to Jesus, including every human being in it. Even though many of them are rebels, He owns them. Because according to the scriptures, He bought the whole field,” he added.

The pastor then touched upon Jesus being the savior of the world.

“He paid for everybody. He is the savior of the world, and He gave His life for every man. All that ever lived before Him – from Adam – and all who were to come after His death, burial and resurrection. He paid for the salvation of all,” he explained.

Pastor Chris: “Without the Holy Spirit, there is so much we would never know”

In January’s “Your LoveWorld with Pastor Chris” program, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome also touched upon the importance of the Holy Spirit.

“I love the words of Jesus. Thank God for the Holy Ghost. Without the Holy Spirit, there is so much that we would never know. We would be at the mercy of those who claim to know something when in fact they do not. But Jesus told us that the Holy Spirit, our teacher, will be inside us,” he said.

Additionally, the pastor made several remarks about Jesus during the three days that the show ran.

“The government of Christ, the power of the name of Jesus has continued. Make no mistake we are in the winning team,” he stated and continued:

“Jesus said, ‘The peace that I give you; is different from the world. The world’s peace is only in words.’”

The pastor then connected Jesus and Satan.

“The only way Satan gets to run the world is when we are out of here. He was defeated by Jesus,” he explained.

Pastor Chris’ response to COVID-19

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome also mentioned God during the phase.

“You have not asked God for anything that exhausts His ability. He is able to do exceedingly, abundantly and much more than we can think or imagine,” he said.

Later on, the pastor again touched upon the Holy Spirit.

“Interestingly, unlike men of the world in history, absolute power corrupts absolutely, but the absolute power of the Holy Spirit is incorruptible. It purifies and births hidden mysteries. Trust in the truth,” Pastor Chris Oyakhilome emphasized.

The pastor initiated the “Your LoveWorld with Pastor Chris” series in the spring of 2020 after his first Global Day of Prayer.

The Global Day of Prayer worked as his and Pastor Benny Hinn’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which had just started getting its grip on the world at the time.

Since then, LoveWorld members have testified to how the “Your LoveWorld with Pastor Chris” series has become a place of comfort for them during the pandemic.
