0Ministers hail “Rhapsody of Realities” at conference
It is no secret that Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s daily devotional, Rhapsody of Realities, is very popular in the LoveWorld community. In fact, it is so loved that a conference honoring the book was held at Christ Embassy Central Church in Kaduna, Nigeria on Sunday, July 19th.
The event was organized by Christ Embassy Northwest Zone 1 and heralded the impact of Rhapsody of Realities in the lives and ministries of ministers of the Gospel in Kaduna.
The invited ministers were very excited to participate in the conference, after having followed Pastor Chris through his daily devotional for years.
During the conference, the ministers shared testimonies, and one of those to testify was Pastor Karzah Biriok of Holy Way Church International. He testified to the salvation and glorious miracles witnessed, as well as to the unprecedented growth in all ramifications experienced in his church as a result of the practical application of God’s Word as taught by Chris Oyakhilome.
Helping ministers in need
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome has been helping ministers in dire need all over the world, including in the UK, Uganda and Nigeria.
So far, more than 11,000 ministers in 34 countries have benefitted from the pastor’s food relief packages, which consist of food, books from the ministry and other necessities.
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome presented the initiative during his “Your LoveWorld with Pastor Chris” broadcast on May 23rd.
“There are pastors who are impoverished by this situation. This crisis. There is no way that you can know all of them, but some of them were brought into very desperate circumstances. They have no food, no money, nothing! This week, I want us to do something if we can find them, if we can get to know who and where they are,” Chris Oyakhilome said during the show.
An instruction of the spirit of God
The pastor also stated that it was an instruction of the spirit of God to initiate the project.
During the live sermon in May, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome explained that the ministers who are longing for help are praying for and expecting miracles.
“God expects us to be the answer to their prayers,” the pastor added.
