02021 Wrapped: All of Pastor Chris’ themes of the months
In just three weeks, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome will present the new theme of 2022. While we wait for that, we at Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Events will take you through the Year of Preparation.
The Christ Embassy president names every year and every month, and in 2021, he has led his congregation through the Year of Preparation.
It began in January – the Month of Celebration, which was followed by February – the Month of Grace.
“This month of February is the Month of Grace, and what the Lord is saying to us about this month is that more grace is being released. He gives more grace. I have shared with you before… There are those who think they need a double anointing, there are those who think they need more anointing. There is no place in the world of God in the scriptures that talks about more anointing. You do not get more anointing. What God gives is more grace,” the pastor said at February’s Global Communion Service.
Pastor Chris asks congregation to open hearts to truth
In March, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome introduced the Month of Change. It was followed by April – the Month of Truth.
“Open your heart to truth this month. To His truth. Not circumstantial truth, no. Not truth from men. His truth for His truth shall be thy shield. It is the Month of Truth, and God’s truth will prevail. God’s truth will triumph, hallelujah. Spread His truth everywhere. Tell His truth to the untold,” he explained.
May was declared to be the Month of Illumination, while June was named the Month of Prayer, and July was called the Month of Joy.
“This month of July is the Month of Joy. We are going to joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ. We are going to celebrate like we have never done before. Very important. Every day of this month, we will celebrate and here is the instruction, you are going to organize Love Feasts throughout this month,” Pastor Chris Oyakhilome said.
“The Lord is your protection”
At the end of the summer, the Christ Embassy president declared August to be the Month of Praise and September to be the Month of Visualization.
“This month you, are going to use the visual powers to create the circumstances that you want. Hallelujah! We will use it for our families, we use it for our communities, we use it for our cities, and we use it for our nations,” he said at the Global Communion Service in September.
In October, the Month of Visualization continued and was replaced by the Month to Watch and Pray in November.
“This month of November is a special month for you. You will walk in manyfold blessings. No evil shall before you. The Lord is your protection, your protector, your strength and strengthener, your salvation everywhere you go,” Pastor Chris Oyakhilome explained.
Finally, December was named the Month of Thanksgiving.
“December is one of those months where you do not really need to ask, ‘What is the message of the month?’ because it is the Month of Thanksgiving. It is full of thanksgiving and of course later this month – probably from next Sunday and the one following… Depending on the schedule of your region or your zone, you will be having a thanksgiving service. An annual thanksgiving service,” he said.
